Victoria Bell in International Competition

Sutton Coldfield ski racer, Victoria Bell, is kicking-off her season's training at Copper Mountain, Colorado, USA. Sponsored by British Car Registrations, the 16 year old A level student at King Edward VI Handsworth school was in elevated company when she raced last week against Olympic medallists Julia Mancuso and Sarah Schlepper.

"I could not believe the field I was up against" said Victoria. "It was basically all the national teams of the USA, Russia, Croatia, Canada etc. I was quite star-struck! Even so, I managed to get the best points I have achieved so far in the Northern Hemisphere".
