Boris Johnson gets tough with motorists in London!

The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson is getting tough on uninsured motorists! His aim is to make drivers aware, he wont tolerate uninsured or untaxed vehicles being driven on the streets of London! Boris Johnson proposes to use Automatic Number Plate Recognition to recognise untaxed and uninsured vehicles! Once a car has been detected without either of these legal requirements, it will be taken to be crushed. Drivers commiting the offence will be given two options 1) Admit their offence and be arrested 2) Watch their car get crushed! The policy could be put into action within the next few months!
