Another first! We are, to date, the only registrations company to have been recognised as "Investors in People". This award is presented to companies that can demonstrate that they develop their staff in order to equip them to perform their jobs better and this must be seen to be a sustained and ongoing process.

We were delighted to be presented with the award in 2001 by our MP, Richard Shepherd.

ISO 9001:2000

We were the first company in our industry to achieve the coveted ISO 9002 award (as it was then). In fact, only one other registrations company has ever achieved the standard required, for which companies are audited every nine months to ensure that they are adhering to documented procedures.

This government-backed, internationally recognised, quality award is very highly prized and we are pleased to have achieved the necessary standard for ISO 9001:2000 as well.

Valuations Over The Phone

Where clients have wanted to sell a registration, we have provided valuations through the post for many years and we still do. However, we found that there were an increasing number of people who wanted or needed to know the value of a registration mark more quickly; even instantly.

So we introduced our premium service where clients can obtain a valuation over the phone, while they wait. Our experienced staff will assess the value of the mark and relay it back over the phone as well as confirming the figure in the post.

What's more, a little known fact is that, in order to use the word "British", "English", "National" etc in your business name, you must show that you are pre eminent in your field and you must also have written authorisation from Companies House.
