Car Registration Numbers

The letters and numbers within an individual

registration mark

can have special significance and can have a major effect upon its value.

Numbers like 5 (

BMW X5

), 430 (

Ferrari 430

) and 911 (

Porsche 911

) amongst others are highly desirable and can have a tremendous effect upon the value of the

registration mark

. In many cases, the vehicle owner will be happy to accept any combination of letters as long as the

registration number

contains the model number of the vehicle. If it is possible to find the owner's name as well, so much the better and so much higher will be the price. Eg: JON 911 would be worth considerably more than JPN 911.
