Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency

issue

registration marks

twice a year (March 1st and September 1st) they have a style of

registration marks

that indicates the year and place of registration. The first two letters indicate the place of first registration, the two digits following it indicate the month and year of registration and the last three letters are random.
